I am an idea person with over thirty years of experience working with adult learners, children, and families. My core belief is learning at all ages begins with wonder. Learning should be enjoyable and transformational. Knowing I play a part in the process gets me out of bed in the morning. I am an educator of the lifespan teaching babies to adults and every age in between. I thrive when I can create learning opportunities that resonate with my audience. I have dedicated my career to building and improving programs and organizations through strategic analysis of systems and human capitol. My extensive experience in education as a practitioner, college faculty member, and administrator helps me see diverse viewpoints. I deliver professional development to a wide variety of educators and institutions and present at local, state, national and international conferences. I excel in creating and sharing promising techniques and approaches to meet rapidly evolving 21st century needs.
